  1. The liner notes for this CD call Chad and Jeremy "major participants" in the musical juggernaut that was the British Invasion of Thing is the notes themselves speak a totally different England the duo had only one song enter the Top 40 there in "Yesterday's Gone",which quickly disappeared toot had no other song success in moved to the US in /65 and "A 4/5(9).
  2. "Tied Up in Love" was really a hot number, treated as the first and only single from the album and aired in the MTV's video programation; or at least, here in Mexico City. But we cannot forget another good songs like: "Go Down Fighting" or "Don't You Want My Love" from the same album/5(29).
  3. Sf Sorrow (Vinyl Lp) The Pretty Things. out of 5 stars Vinyl. $ Only 2 left in stock - order soon. "Sing for the Song", also written by Tom Evans", is probably the strongest composition of the three. Very, very good album if you like classy 60's music. I had heard they were a good band when I was a teenager in the 60's /5().
  4. Feb 01,  · The first track (The Sound of You and Me) opens the album so perfectly, bringing you back to Ocean Avenue, guitars and violin blending so wonderfully. Then the sound of "Paper Walls" starts to show itself as the album progresses into "For You and Your Denial"/5(57).
  5. The more I listen to the album, the more I think that Supernatural Superserious was a curious pick for the initial single as there are, in my opinion, at least half a dozen better songs to 'promote' this album with. It's still a fine song, though. I'm really very happy with Accelerate and it's probably the best album of for me 4/4().
  6. A few years ago, I taught myself how to play guitar, which also prompted me to write and record some of my music. I just finished my very first CD, "Sing Along with Miss Dylan." The children I sing for, from ages 2 - 8, love singing the songs I do for them, and this CD includes most of their favorite songs.
  7. A much different album than you might expect from the cover – hardly the funky 70s set implied by the Big Fun-styled cover – and instead a lost slice of work from his groundbreaking late 60s years! The set was recorded in , but unissued until Miles late 70s time away from the LP, Vinyl record album.
  8. A pivotal 60s album in the shift from folk-rock to Sunshine Pop – and a standout gem from the early years of A&M Records! We Five are a group with a really groovy feel – a warm blend of male harmonies and one female voice – all in a style that, a few years earlier, might have LP, Vinyl record album.
